- As its name implies, the Finisher/Blender brush, with two blended bristle densities, is used with our Finishing Loose Powder to soften and blend our Contours, Neutralizers and Highlighters with Creme Foundation and Liquid Tint. This uniquely designed brush can also be used for multi-purpose blending of bronzers and powders on the eye area, face and body. - Load Finisher Blender brush with Finishing Loose Powder and lightly tap the end of the brush on a hard surface to evenly distribute product into the bristles. Apply powder over the entire face using a circular motion, begin at the forehead and swirl with medium to firm pressure to diffuse and smooth contours, neutralizers and highlighters into Creme Foundation and Liquid Tint. Also terrific for use with bronzers and body powders!
