Each kit contains all the ingredients you need.

Pearl Barley Risotto

• 1 large onion
• 3 garlic cloves
• 150g pearl barley
• 1 tsp thyme (mix 1)
• 1 bay leaf (mix 1)
• vegetable stock (enough to make 750ml)
• parmesan (or vegan option)
• 50g blue cheese (or vegan option)
• kale (handful)

Cupboard Items Required

• 50g butter (or vegan option)
• fresh sage leaves
• salt & pepper

Cooking time 40-50 minutes.

Root Vegetable Curry

• small onion
• 2 carrots
• 1 sweet potato
• broccoli florets
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1 red chilli
• 1 piece of ginger
• tbsp cumin seeds (mix 1)
• tbsp coriander seeds (mix 1)
• tbsp ground coriander (mix 2)
• tbsp ground cumin (mix 2)
• can of butter beans
• can of coconut milk
• 2 tbsp peanut butter (or tahini)
• 1 lime

Cupboard Items Required

• salt & pepper
• fresh coriander & basil (optional)
• a good glug of soy sauce or tamari fish sauce (optional)

Cooking time 20-30 minutes.
